I hired Mayken Hazmat to help clean and remediate my rural property after tenants caused a lot of damage. They provided a quote over the phone based on photos I sent, and charged for travel time. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication, the crew only worked part of the day, and I was later quoted an additional $2,000 for a return visit to finish the job.
