I purchased a vehicle thru this online website that stated in the description the vehicle " runs and drives". The decription also stated that this vehicle had " Previous repairs". When I arrived to pickup the vehicle I noticed that the lower radiator hose was cut off and therefore had not a drop of coolant. As I inspected further, I found that the wiring at the front of the vehicle was damaged and disconnected from several items.
