On 11/14/09 I notified Patrol Master, Inc. and was requesting a patrolperson to respond to a noise complaint coming from a party with several juveniles drinking and yelling throughout the night. While on the phone with a male dispatcher who I was providing the information, I observed the Patrol Officer DRIVE PAST the (Party) House not stopping, I attempted to wave down the patrolperson but he was distracted by talking on his cell phone, the patrolperson then left the community.
