Recently I noted some charges to my Credit Card that I did not recognize. I received a second "DazzleSmile" Gel Applicator and was looking to see if I was going to be charged for the shipping, not knowing if it was part of the "Free Sample I had ordered. I did not see anywhere on the free sample web site that indicated that I was joining any kind of club or that I would receive anything else.
