PLEASE PLEASE read all these reviews and DO not use Spa serve/Trade Price Hot tubs.It simply is not worth it.We were promised first class service after we visited the warehouse in Rugeley and met with Stuart.We recieved a visit from a surveyor(can't remember his name or car) who assurred us that the swim spa could sit at an angle on cobbles and would easily be able to be delivered and positioned.Stuart then phoned to say that he had a swim spa that had been delivered to the warehouse as an order but the person had to delay the order and... read full review »
