I have been doing business with this company for over 3 years and have never had a problem up until now. I fell behind on my principal pmts and made a pmt plan with Crystal the nice loan rep. I was scheduled to pay of the 15th but was late 4 days, this is not typical for me as I always come in about that time and pay my bill.
