We purchased safety shoes and boots for express next-day delivery. They did not show up and we immediately sent emails and left voice message to cancel orders. No acknowledgement but payment of £119.90 and £66.85 went through on company business card. No refund showed up. Gave them the benefit of admin delays but two months later still nothing.
