CSW offered FREE ringtones, when applied to saying yes, they didn't tell you it was a subscription membership sevice of $9.99 which was hidden charges. Contacted CSW, the representative was RUDE, telling me it was my fault. I told her to shove it up her ..."you know what". She told me I can't have my money back.
