I was one day late cancelling the trial period so they charged me $88 dollars and some change. I have not received any shipments, but I would return them because I am not happy with the product, it is not working for me and they say that the refund policy doesn't include any shipments after the trial shipment and it clearly states in the terms and agreements that all their shipments are guaranteed, just return them and cancel within 15 days of it being shipped.
