I have been ordering cigarrettes form this company for over a year. My last order was given to them on December 3, 2008. I never recieved my order or told that it wasn't being sent. I still have not recieved my money back. When I first started calling the 1877 number it was always busy. I had other parties try to get throuh also, with no luck. It is a busy signal every time you call. I finally got through a few times and the phone will hang up on you. When I got through another time, I pressed the number for tracking info on orders.
