I bought a vehicle from Joe Ball Pontiac in Pittsburgh PA back in September of 2008. When i purchased the vehicle i was given what i thought was a $500 gas card offer. I followed the instructions on how to redeem the gas card. I sent in my $100 worth of gas receipts for the last 4 months and have received nothing from this company.
