I was 2 months behind in my loan and constantly harrassed by phone, mail, etc.. I like my car and wanted to pay, but was in a temporary financial setback. My husband lost his job and we had to move to another state but had a mortgage on our home in the state we moved from also. On top of that, we had a "tenant" that not only didn't pay us, but damaged our home and we had to evict him.
