I was in the process of trying to set up a pre-paid account so a friend could call me from a Ccorrectional facility in California. They said that I need to fax them a monthly phone bill. That is fine but I have my phoneservie through Magicjack. I don't receive monthly phone bills. I make one yearly payment fo my phone service. I tried to explain this to them and they indicated that they could not help me. This company is a joke. Why do they need a phone bill anyway? There are othe companies out there that don't require them. I think it's totally stupid. read full review »
