I sent in 2 phones in August, 2009 and according to their website they received them on September 14, 2009. Here it is November 16, 2009 and they say they are still processing the payment. It is a total of $25.00. Now that I have filed a complaint with the BBB in So Cal, I will be also filing a complaint with the US Postal Service since they sent me the envelopes through the US mail.
