They claim that it is my fault that a payment went through. I thought that by canceling my bill pay for my insurance 24 hours in advance that it would not go through. It did. It never showed on my account why and suddenly after only 2 purchases I was getting nsf charges. I called the Riverside branch and spoke with a lady that also could not figure out why my account was being overdrawn. This morning I spoke with Bev at the downtown branch.
