I have attempted to make contact with Yahoo.com to ascertain WHY e-mails from my ISP will NOT be received by my correspondent WITH a Yahoo.com domain. In the course of trying to locate a "touch point, " via the Internet, it became quickly apparent that Yahoo really does NOT WANT to deal with PEOPLE I also bore the expense of several phone calls to Yahoo hq., but all were failures.
