I stupidly sent for a free trial of this "fat burner" in September. Of course it did absolutely nothing so I did not reorder. Last week (week of Nov. 9th) I got another bottle in the mail--no bill--and knew immediately I'd screwed up. Called customer service and they told me I not only owed an outrageous $86.42 because I hadn't cancelled in the 19 day trial period, (No where did I see anything about a nineteen day trial period.
