Samsung Blue Ray Hometheater system

I purchased a Samsung Blue Ray Hometheater system on 8/28/09 and it immediately displayed flaws and cracks in the dvd picture. I called for a service repair and they said they would repair it in 7 to 14 days. After the repair, the dvd player wouldn't play discs AT ALL. Apparently the repair only worsened the problem. I sent it back and am awaiting another repair. This is extremely frustrating. Hopefully people won't have to go through the same problems. read full review »
