The problem with KinderCare is they are a large business and they have lost sight of what is truly important. They want to make money, just like all huge businesses. I have worked for them for 5 years and have noticed that each year it gets worse. It's not so much the staff, honestly. We're just following orders because we, too, need our jobs.
