la fiesta repossessed my car while I was at work on 11/4/09 due to to my wife's vehicle being in default. My wife and i are separated and she has a 2001 ford explorer from la fiesta that she has not paid on in sometime. I was never notified that the account was behind and had no prior knowledge that they would get my vehicle because her vehicle was default. Now, I have missed two weeks of work for lack of transportation and was told that i had to pay $1046.00 to get my car back. my wife still has the truck! i only owed less than $2000 on the car and my current balance was 525.00 for my bi week note. read full review »
