The same thing has just happened to me! I am still reeling. After spending about 20 minutes while an automated female voice described and I declined item after item she just knew I would want to have, at the end she quickly wrapped up by saying my order totaled $49+ when all I had ordered was ONE (1) ProCaulk at $19.95 plus $5.95 S&H and if I had any questions go online at www.customerstatus.com, which I just did.
