I sent money to the Philippines using my bank account. It usually takes minutes but now you have to wait for 5 days to clear with the account { so they say} so that you will use a card because it is more money. I regret so much for using xoom. My recepient will be waiting and it is supposed to be an emergency need. The service of xoom is nuts!!! Western union is still the best. read full review »
