I ordered a background check for 18.95 from from Integrascan. The search did not return a record though I know it exists. I e-mailed them for a refund and they asked for the county the record is in. After I told them what county it was they said I apparently didn't read their coverage policy and that it doesn't cover that particular county and therefore I'm not eligible for a refund.
