I needed to add a car to an exsisting policy in order to get tags. I used the website to update my policy, but somehow I ended up with 2 exactly the same policies. Geico took the payment on the day of my update. I called within a couple days to have one policy removed before the regularly scheduled payment was deducted from my account. I was advised it was done and that the money from the most recent policy would be credited back to my account. It was not and the original payment was also deducted from my account.
