I broke a craftsman "professional" magnetic screw guide. It costs all of about 6 dollars brand new. I tried to return it under the Craftsman lifetime unlimited hand tool warranty. Sears hardware tried telling me it is not a hand tool??? Well it certainly is not a power tool! Left in disgust went to another Sears. Was told oh that is a high impact item so that has no warranty??? That was the whole reason I went to Craftsman in the first place and didnt spend more on a Dewalt was for the warranty!
