I had been a customer of Lingo's for at least a couple of years and had not had too many problems with the service, just the usual outages, common to all VOIP providers. My wife bought two airline tickets a week and a half ago so I logged into our bank's web site to make sure they cleared and they had. While on the bank web site I also noticed Lingo had ran a charge of $248.43 and while it was listed as pending it was immediately deducted from my account.
