I ordered some children's DVD's on 7 May 2009. When the order had not arrived after 25 days, as advised by the moviebytes.co.uk website, I contacted them. They insisted that I get in touch with the local sorting office. Major hassle, but of course nothing there, moreover the post office will only keep undelivered items for a maximum of 15 days.
