I was a victim of a phishing scam. A Microsoft look alike website popped up- its called scareware- telling me I needed to have anti virus program right away. BOTTOM LINE: Chase ruled in favor of federal criminals giving them my money as "I benefited from the transaction" ...outrageous!! CHASE IS BAD> GO ELSEWHERE FOR BANKING!!
