I was married in June of 2008, and am still waiting for my wedding album & video. I have been promised on numerous occasions that I will receive it by the end of the week- this has been perpetuating for over a year. At this point no one will answer the phone at any of their locations, or at their main office. All I want is what was promised to me in our contract. I am now considering legal action.
