Ordered custom controller from customps3controller.com aug 12th, they took my money of $153.92 on Aug 14th in full. I have no product, and no refund. I have contacted them dozens of times, but they have no live customer service. it's been all emails and voice mails. i contacted BBB, the company responded to them with i would have product by end of week. that was more than month ago. i need help in getting a refund or the product.
