We used this courier and they twice smashed up items in transit, which is bad enough but to top that off they make it so hard to get money back for damaged they have caused. They state when you phone them that they only compensate by weight so in there eyes bricks are worth more than diamonds! they do not even make you aware of these conditions before you instruct them if they did we would never have used them. read full review »
