I too fell for this scam, my fault I did not read the fine print when I ordered the free trial but I was able to get the other shipments cancelled by waiting for an hour for the on line chat, recommend this way to contact them. Still waiting to get a return authorization, since my stupid computer crashed while I was on hold. read full review »
