I just got off the phone with a rep and a supervisor. I followed their instructions and returned my product unopened as told by operator. I have been waiting for a refund of almost $100.00. They told me that because my product was returned 5 days late I was not getting a refund. So I have no product and I am now out $100.00. Something needs to be done about this company.
