I didnt want a bank account right now so I signed up for a prepaid card thou Vision prepaid cards.. I have never been charged so many fees in my life I would never refer anyone to them because of the fee I have had this card for about 2 weeks and I have paid them about $100 in fees. They say that they will credit you the money back and they do and then they turn around and charge you for something like .95 cent for a weekly fee 2.95 for everything else.
