I purchased what was supposed to be a NEW wig from Ace Wigs website but instead of a new wig they sent me a terrible looking piece...when I complained, they said instead of sending me a new wig that was never out of the box that it was actually a display wig that was on a mannequin. The hair was ratty and it looked old. I asked them to send me a brand new wig which was what I paid a lot of money for and Kim there refused.
