I didn't check ratings before ordering, and was quite alarmed by the history on resellerratings. However, my experience with A2ZComp was flawless. The only bump was ensuring that the shipping addy was authorized on the credit card. Otherwise, shipment was quick, packaging was good. I did speak to them briefly; their voice mail system wasn't great, but I was able to bypass it with an extension provided on their webpage for sales support.
