I am not sure what is going with this company, but am becoming concerned it is having trouble. My order, placed over a month ago, has not arrived. I've received no word from a shipper about delivery. Company is not responding to emails and has not returned calls placed over the last 5 days. On only one occasion, among approx. 20 calls to 30 calls, was I able to get a live person on the phone.
