We recently added a new HD receiver to our DirecTV service. We got it in the mail and hooked it up and everything was fine until we noticed that the receiver was not broadcasting in HD. We called customer service to troubleshoot the problem and that did not work. A few days later, we noticed that we had an $108 charge on our credit card bill for hardware from DirecTV.
