My perfectly good check was decline at Lowes, I called the Certegy toll free number while at the checkout counter and went thru the automated system (of course I could not talk to a real person). The system said I had not derogatory concern with my check and the merchant was notified. The girl tried to run the check again with the same results (declined), I called the Certegy Co. again to try to talk with someone to resolve this while people were waiting in line behind me.
