On 10/13/2009 I mistakenly ordered a "free trial" of Dazzle White for $1.95. Three days later I received a phone call from a respresentative of the product asking if I would like to recive the "monthly" product (which I had NOT even received yet). I informed her that "NO, I was NOT interested and to cancel my 'membership' as I had no interest in using a product every month and would NOT use."
