I applied for the first time home buyers rebate in May, 2009. About 2 months later I got a letter in the mail requesting a signature. I sent that back and have heard nothing from them since. I called them about 45 days ago and they said that I was being audited and that they had 45 days to inform me of this...I have heard absolutely nothing!!!
