I purchased a strobe light to attach to a phone line so an elderly client could see when the phone is ringing due to a hearing problems. The first one did not work so I called the company to get a replacement. It took a week for them to return my call, I called 3 times. The company finally sent a replacement but it did not work either. I called again and it took 4 days for them to return my call this time. I was sent a return label to return both defective lights.
