The salesperson ordered the wrong set of furniture and to have the correct set delivered we are being asked to pay a restocking fee of $209.99 plus a redelivery fee of $199. The salesperson will not admit that she made a mistake and has so far returned each and every call to our home number, knowing full well that my husband and I work full time and both have cell phones. In addition the 'district'manager also called the home number despite never having being given it. I am disgruntled and disappointed, I wish I had googled compliants against Jenniferfurniture before setting foot inside the store. read full review »
