I went to Ford Manila last Nov. 16 2009 to have my Ford Everest Serviced for 20K KM. I arrived at around 9:30 a.m. I learned that they do not accept drive in service but only through appointment. I made an appointment for the next day at 9:00 a.m. I arrived At 8:30 a.m. the next day (November 17, 2009) to make sure that I'll be there before 9:00 a.m. on time for my appointment.
