I was contacted by a very rude lady from E R Solutions about a debt with a cell phone company. I was not aware that there was an outstanding balance. She offered to make arrangements, pay some by the end of this month and the rest next month. I was not sure when I could make a payment, she asked if I needed a call back and I asked if I could be contacted next week, not realizing next week was the end of the month.
