On Nov. 17, 2009, I went to make some purchases for my small business at the Office Max located at Culebra Rd. and N.W. Loop 1604 in San Antonio, Texas. The machine would not accept my check number 1012 for the amount of $117.85 from Randoph Brooks Federal Credit Union. I called the Credit Union and they said they did not decline my check and that I had enough money to cover the check in my account.
