In 1999 I bought components from Aberdeen. In order to return a defective part, I was given an RMA number, I had to buy a replacement, and I wait for credit. I had to dispute a credit card charge in order to get the credit (took over 2 months). In 2006 I bought some memory chips from Aberdeen. It was the first items I bought for a new system, and among the last to be delivered. Their prices were higher than average, and I bought because they agreed to match another vendor's price. The sales person was friendly and accommodating, but I just have a hard time justifying using them again. read full review »
