Frances at Conn's called me to advise me my account was overdue, , , , , , I explained to her that I had sent in the payment and it had cleared the bank earlier this week prior to her call, , , , , , , after checking it appears that my account was NOT correctly credited, , so she wanted me to send in another payment instead of Conn's correcting THEIR mistake, , , , , , , , , , , I don't think so!!!
