Received a full bottle after requesting only a trial...was charged $9.95 for S & H was supposed to be $4.95...informed on order summary that I would receive a monthly supply at $88.62 plus S & H $9.95 each month unless cancelled within 15 days...Have been trying phone number and website for 2 hours...website (supposedly live) sent a list of "answers" to questions via email that cannot even be accessed.
