Company offered a Introduction to google fortune by CD. Received CD and was of poor quality. Was not aware of $69.97 charge. Called to get refund and agent just kep repeating that it was in my terms and conditions. I had to ask several times just to get him to cancel my subscription so I wouldn't be billed again. I finally had to hang up and call back when the supervisor would not come to the phone. The next rep told me that she couldn't do anything due to terms and conditions.
